Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes. We don't have in-house or required caterers, so you're free to bring the food and beverage vendor of your choice to build your event exactly how you envision it.

Is the parking really free?

Yes — complimentary parking is available in the multi-level ramp on 5th St W, just north of the Envy building. For larger events, overflow parking is available at West Fargo Sports Arena.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage you to schedule a tour to see the space in person. Contact us to set up a time that works for you.

Is the venue AV-equipped?

The space is AV-ready with excellent connectivity. Contact us for specifics on what AV equipment is available or recommended for your event.

What is your cancellation policy?
